Conde likes to get outside, and she doesn't just enjoy the snow. She also loves to go to the beach and spend time by the water. Conde has posted several photos on Instagram of herself enjoying time by the beach and by the water.

She Dances

Conde is a singer and performer. Naturally, this means she has to do a lot of dancing. Conde has posted several videos on Instagram of herself learning choreography and performing. She's also a fan of doing TikTok and Instagram reel dances with her friends. A ballet or barre class can be a great workout. "Improving endurance is the goal of most people who exercise regularly. Conde posted this reel on Instagram of herself doing some of her favorite workouts and exercises. One look at the reel, and you will notice that Conde does a lot of lower body and leg workouts. Conde is seen doing raised squat lunges, squat jumps, and squats with hand weights. This is a great idea. Muscle burns fat and some of your biggest muscles are your legs and glutes.
