However a Bukowski collector has pointed out that Bukowski died in March of '94 making the authenticity of this inscription rather questionable. Also the signature though somewhat similar to other examples of Bukowski autographs shows key differences -- in this instance the C stands alone from the h the h lacks a vertical loop etc. More importantly the phrasing hardly seems characteristic of Buk's style of expression. A collection of Bukowski's verse mostly about sex relationships and living a free life. Includes a photo of the poet on a sidewalk leaning against an exterior wall. 21st Printing. Trade Paperback.
