  • On her skin care routine: "It involves a healthy lifestyle and using the right products for my skin. I never go to bed with makeup on; I always wash my face no matter what. I wear sunscreen during the day. I like the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Face + Body Stick Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 70 ($11). Using sunscreen is about health, because you're going to avoid so many issues with your skin in the future if you use it. When I was young I didn't know what to do with my skin; it's about creating a beauty lifestyle, just understanding your skin and working with it."
  • On learning how to treat her skin: "I started working in the industry when I was really young and I was in the soap opera world, where you basically work almost 12 months a year, shooting six days — almost seven days — a week, so basically your skin has no time to breathe, and you're under harsh lighting all the time. That really affected my skin and I really had a lot of damage. I didn't know I should be using sunblock under those lights until I got a little bit older."

  • On her travel beauty essentials: "I always carry the Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes ($7) with me and use them even when I'm not wearing makeup. Then, I travel with the Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture With Sunscreen SPF 15 ($11). The great thing is that the brand is everywhere. I was kind of freaking out because I ran out of my wipes in the middle of a trip — because my friend loves them too and she would use them all the time — but thankfully I could get them in Paris."
  • On when she feels the most beautiful: "When I'm au naturel. I feel beautiful when my skin is healthy and glowy and I can walk around makeup-free, because I take care of my skin."

  • On how she gets that shiny hair: "I'm very diligent with my hair — as I am with my skin — because I'm exposed to extreme heat all the time. I was shooting a show and I went from dark hair to blond to dark again. It starts with the way I process my hair if I'm going to dye it. My hairstylist uses Olaplex treatments and I think they are amazing. I do a lot of coconut oil treatments in my hair at home. I heat the coconut oil, then put it in my hair and go to bed. I'll sleep in the treatment and then wash it the next day at least once a week. I take a lot of vitamins too, like biotin — to keep it shiny and looking pretty."
