Hero swimwear

"Urban Outfitters has some really solid cuts for bikini tops. I have like no boob, I'm a 32A - I have nothing there. I like anything with the slightest bit of support with no padding."

London hotspots

"I love heading to Clapham Junction, we have friends there and it's really fun. I always go to TK Maxx on High Street Kensington too. The Churchill Arms in Kensington is covered in hundreds of flowers and it's really beautiful - you go to the back and they have this garden serving Thai food. It's the best short rib Pad Thai I have ever had."

Dream destination

"Mexico. I would be so happy going to Sayulita and eating guacamole all day and fish tacos for lunch. That's the dream. Just paying like 20 bucks and getting like 400 tacos. Yes! This is all I need."

Workout wins

"I love to cycle and I have a Pilates instructor who does this classes where your core feels sore for four days. Then I like Y& Studios in Brooklyn for hot bickram yoga. I buy a lot of workout clothing: I'm obsessed with Outdoor Voices leggings. They're great because I'm short with a short waist but a long leg."

Scent-sation

"I love the smell of Coach the Fragrance - it's modern and happy. It captures the energy and excitement of New York. There are top notes of raspberry, pear and pink pepper. It's very unique and I'm really proud to be the face of it."

Summer playlist

"I've been listening to my friend Georgia's band, she's the lead singer of Broods. Their new album, Conscious is out now."

New York hang out

"Emmet's pizza - get the Peggy O and the Hot Puppy. The only reason I workout is so that I can get a pizza. And maybe some mozzarella sticks and zesty ranch dressing on the side."

Skincare saviours

"My three must-haves are Papaw ointment, Stem Cell Beauty Innovation Golde Serum and Cera Ve's renewing line. I have really dry skin so for me it's all about packing in the moisture - SCBI masks are really where it's at. But my top tip is to wash your face with olive oil. I had cystic acne for years - the olive oil helps open up the pores extracts the bad oil out. Still use an actual facial cleanser, but use olive oil too - it's a dream."

Coach the Fragrance is available from August 29
