The famed shoe designer tells Vogue UK, "I would like to say that I don't dislike women that don't wear heels - people often think I prefer women in heels but it isn't true. But if you do feel unsure, the best way to practice is by walking on the balls on your feet in a swimming pool or on the beach. The motion is the same."
