The item (Catan 25th Edition Board Game) was describe as sealed/brand new. The item we received was not sealed, plastic was ripped open on one entire end of the game box and three corners were smashed, one significantly damaged. See attached photos. We contacted the seller immediately upon receipt of the package and have had zero communication back. We would like a refund or a replacement that is not broken. Additionally the item came in a large box but wrapped in a previous return mailer.

Communication with this seller was awful. I ordered this on march 2 and it took 10 days to ship the item but that wasn't really the issue. On march 9th i contacted this seller to cancel my order because 1. I found the item locally and 2 because the article at that momment wasn't shipped. On march 12 i contact the seller again and when they finally decided to reply was to notify that the order i asked to cancel on the 9th was shipped. Quality of the item also looks odd. Left is from seller.
