Awful! This large framed print arrived 04/30/24 with the glass of the frame shattered. No effort was made to protect the glass for shipping, just packed in cardboard! I worked for hours to "box" the shards for safe disposal. I wrote the seller on 05/01/24 to resolve the issue, heard nothing back so requested a refund of half the cost. Ebay then refunded the total cost but this nasty seller then wrote me that he had "banned" me from his sales - like I'd want to buy anything from him EVER again!

Terrible seller!! I’m not getting a response from them after receiving these old shredded smelly ties. I sent a picture to the seller of the condition of this order. They smell terrible and some are shredded. It took ten days before I got the order that was shipped as a ball of pallet wrap. I unwrapped it and was overwhelmed by the smell and damage to the ties. I didn’t even get all of what is pictured in the listing. Very bad seller who is selling trash and not responding to messages.

It does what it says, it's easy to use & it's a must have for any disc media user/collector. The first one I had I've used for almost 15 years. This is my second one. They last, they make your discs last, it's total win with this gadget. Thanx.
