10 out of 10 customer service!! I’ve had bad experience at at other locations in the past, and frankly stopped going, but stopped in at Cleveland and Minnesota. a couple days ago and by chance was helped by Adam Jamar. He helped me get everything I needed with excellent customer service and even put in the battery I bought. Will definitely be returning to this advanced auto parts, hopefully he’ll be there again.

Called about a replacement battery and Ricky carefully talked me through figuring out whether they'd be able to install my battery for free on location. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful looking up a part I bought without my receipt..and giving me a refund..much appreciated.
