About Hermana Mary

Spanish band Hermana Mary got involved in the local scene in the early '90s while composing music based on poems from a book called Mierda Bañada En Mentiras De Sangre. They performed live for the first time in April of 1994 under the name of PK2, changing it to Hermana Mary soon after. Around the end of that same year, the five-piece act recorded a demo called El Pecado de la Hermana Mary. After signing up to Discos Suicidas, Banco Amor was released in October of 1997, produced by Javier Corcobado, followed by an EP called Incertidumbre, featuring the independent hit single "El Trapecista." ~ Drago Bonacich
