This place is legit one of the best. My family and I are foodies and it's hard for us to find good tasty fresh food and this place has it all. The service is amazing the girls are so friendly and so helpful. I've been coming here for a few years and they always remember us (mind you we live out of town). My favorite is the Hawaiian cocktail it's fire. The michelada botanas de camaron y pulpo is on point. Couldn't take a picture because my taste buds couldn't wait. Come check them out.

Food is delicious but there is only one waitress. She forgot my kids order and a few drinks. Unfortunately, we won't be going back.

Mariscos La Lomita De Culiacan is a small casual fresh seafood Mexican Restaurant located in North Las Vegas. They do not have a bar but do serve alcohol. This restaurant seems wonderfully authentic. If you don't speak Spanish you might encounter a language barrier. One of the two servers that was on didn't speak English so the other server started waiting on us.
They started us off with tostada crisps and salsa. I tried the mojarra fish a la diablo. The fish seemed reasonably fresh and was prepared to perfection. It also was a large portion with lots of fish meat. It came with generous portions of rice, refried beans and salad. My husband tried the camaron (shrimp) culichi verde. It was shrimp in a creamy poblano sauce with cheese. It also came with rice, beans and salad.
It's really great that we have a good Mexican Seafood restaurant in this part of town. You should try it out if you are in the area!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Maria R.North Las Vegas, NV0103Apr 4, 2024
Finally went to try because of the 4 star review and it disappointed. I got the El patron molcajete and hubby got the cielo, mar, y tierra molcajete and they were both uneatable of how salty it was. When we told the waitress she took the food and we can hear the cook complaining basically saying we were lying. The waitress then comes and proceed to say no one has ever complained about their food and we were the first. We payed for what we ate and drank and left but not without dirty looks from the cook. I gave them two starts because miche was good and shrimp empanadas were yummy too but that was it.

Worst food we have ever had!! Definitely don't recommend. Not family friendly. The best thing on the menu is the kids cheeseburger. Don't waist your money nor time here.

After a hot day in Vegas all you want is cold food like una tostada de ceviche!! And this place did not disappoint!! The tostada de camarón y pulpo was so good!! I highly recommend that!! Also the Seafood Molcajete was really good!! I will be going again!! The only thing I did not like was the tacos de Marlin!! Not good at all!! I didn't even finish that taco totally disappointed since that is one of my favorite tacos to eat everywhere else!!!

Ordered shrimp cocktail & it was different than last time. We couldn't go in because our babies were sleeping so we ate in the car instead. I went in to get the ingredients it usually comes with because it just didn't taste the same & they gladly assisted. They were super busy too! Thank you so much to Brenda & the other woman who was working with her in the front (didn't get her name) They were busy & still efficient with great customer service! They're a compliment to this place and it was a great experience.

The food was really good and priced very reasonably. We loved the seafood cocktail, which was loaded with seafood and packed with flavor. It went great with the toastadas it was served with. The empanadas were only $9 for 3 and came out piping hot and was great with the lime salsa. The fish was a generous portion and the beans served with it were really tasty.

Don't be fooled by the location and or appearance. It's a little small gem that has a large menu options including breakfast and non seafood dishes. We like everything overall. The coctel aguachile negro was too salty which was our only complaint, but service and everything else was awesome!
