How to create this anime style render

Hello everyone!

 

 

Some time ago I found this site where this person created a really good render in anime style. It's really impressing how it looks like anime not what you usually see. However, the post is in japanese and I don't know where he got this line width map. How does he or she create this look?

Today's toon shader is done in Arnold.
