This 1997 Lincoln Town Car is a Signature Series example that is finished in Deep Navy Blue Clearcoat Metallic over Denim leather upholstery, and it is powered by a 4.6-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. The car was optioned with the Touring and Ride Control packages, and additional features include a blue Landau roof, a keyless entry keypad, 16″ wheels, a self-leveling rear air suspension, power-adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo. It was delivered new to LM of Kings Automall in Cincinnati, Ohio, and remained registered in the state through the seller’s acquisition in April 2023. This Town Car is now offered at no reserve with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title in the name of the seller’s company.Â
The car is finished in Deep Navy Blue Clearcoat Metallic (K4) with a color-coordinated Landau roof and gold pinstriping. The Touring Package added a power sunroof, and additional exterior details include a keyless entry keypad, crystalline-style headlights, heated and power-adjustable side mirrors, and gold “Presidential Town Sedan by B&G” badging on the C-pillar. Blemishes in the chrome trim on the front bumper cover are shown up close in the gallery below.
Optional 16″ aluminum wheels are wrapped in 225/60 Michelin XW4 narrow-whitewall tires showing 2016 date codes. The car was optioned with the Ride Control Package and is also equipped with Traction Assist and a self-leveling rear air suspension. Braking is handled by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes.
The power-adjustable front seats and rear bench are upholstered in Denim leather (DD) while woodgrain trim lines the dashboard and door panels. Further amenities consist of driver seat memory settings, automatic climate control, cruise control, a rear defroster, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo. A JBL sound system and an electrochromic auto-dimming rearview mirror were included as part of the Touring Package.
The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel fronts a digital instrument panel that includes a speedometer, a compass, and readouts for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows 29k miles, approximately 100 of which have been added by the seller. The Carfax report lists a mileage inconsistency in September 2022, though the report notes that it may be the result of a clerical error.
The 4.6-liter SOHC V8 utilizes sequential multi-port electronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 190 horsepower and 265 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was completed in 2023.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. Additional photos showing the condition of the underbody are provided in the galley.
The window sticker shows factory colors, standard and optional equipment, and a total price of $42,945. Manufacturer’s literature will accompany the car.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage, notes the aforementioned mileage inconsistency, and lists history in Ohio with a gap in entries between February 2017 and September 2022.
