  1. The ornamental design for an base unit for receiving an article, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a base unit for receiving an article showing a first embodiment our new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is right side elevational view, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an a base unit for receiving an article showing a second embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 9 is a front perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a rear perspective view thereof.

The broken lines shown herein are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The side and bottom views of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 8 are like FIGS. 6 and 7, respectively.
