The present invention relates to a paper-breaker wastebin structure, including the barrel body, in which the barrel body includes the barrel wall and the base plate that is movably located at the bottom of the barrel body, the barrel wall is a kind of cloth, leather, plastic or light metal, and has a folding structure. In this paper-breaker wastebin structure, owing to that the barrel wall is a kind of cloth, leather, plastic or light metal, in course of transportation and storage, it could be accordingly dismounted, and the barrel wall may be folded, in this way, the volume may be reduced to save the utility space, it could be easily folded, and it has a simple structure and a convenient operation to meet the usual usage way of the people; its weight is greatly reduced than prior plastic barrel and metal barrel, it is easy to be carried and transported, the transportation space and production & transportation cost may be thus reduced with a wide application range, especially suitable for SOHO members and family usage to bring a greater convenience for the routine work and life.
Description
- The present invention relates to office equipment field, especially relates to the office paper-breaker, and relates to a paper-breaker wastebin structure in detail.
- The various office automation equipments get more and more prevalent in modern life, the most common of which is the paper-breaker. The currently marketed wastebins of paper-breakers, however, are plastic barrels or metal barrels, not only the weight is heavy, but also uneasy to be carried and transported, the transportation space and cost are thus increased, and not suitable for SOHO members and family usage.
- The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the above drawback to provide a paper-breaker wastebin structure with folding barrel body, easy to be carried, space saved and lower cost.
- To achieve the above purpose, the paper-breaker wastebin structure according to the present invention has the following constitution:
- A paper-breaker wastebin structure, including the barrel body, characterized in that said barrel body includes:
- Barrel wall, said barrel wall is a kind of cloth, leather, plastic or light metal, and has a folding structure, and
- Base plate, that is movably located at the bottom of the barrel body.
- The barrel wall according to the paper-breaker wastebin structure is a kind of net cloth, a push & pull frame that coupled with the head of the paper-breaker is movably located on the rim of said barrel body, and the support poles are evenly distributed on the inner wall of the barrel, one end of the support pole is movably fixed on the push & pull frame, and other end is propped against the bottom of the barrel body.
- One end of the support pole according to the paper-breaker wastebin structure may has a horizontal push-in tenon/mortise, accordingly, the said push & pull frame corresponding to the part of the support pole has a push-in mortise/tenon, said support pole is fixed onto the push-in mortise/tenon of the push & pull frame via the horizontal push-in tenon/mortise.
- The periphery of the base plate according to the paper-breaker wastebin structure is evenly distributed tongues/clamps, the corresponding part of the bottom of said barrel wall has clamps/tongues, said base plate is fixed onto the clamps/tongues of the bottom of the barrel wall via the tongues/clamps.
- The paper-breaker wastebin structure further includes a push & pull frame that is movably located on the rim of the barrel body and coupled with the head of the paper-breaker, said barrel wall also includes a frame that fixed surrounding the rim of the top of the barrel wall, said barrel wall is movably set on the said push & pull frame via the frame.
- The frame according to the paper-breaker wastebin structure is covered onto the rim of the top of the barrel wall.
- The support poles according to the paper-breaker wastebin structure have hooked poles, or several hooked poles are evenly distributed on the inner side of said push & pull frame.
- According to the paper-breaker wastebin structure, several fold lines are evenly distributed on the barrel wall in longitudinal direction, and the barrel wall is divided into several independent barrel wall units by the said fold lines, each said barrel wall unit includes the inner supporting plate and the cloth, leather cloth, plastic film or light & tough metal film that wrapped on the supporting plate
- The supporting plate according to the paper-breaker wastebin structure is a kind of chipboard or hard plastic board.
- According to the paper-breaker wastebin structure, a push & pull frame that coupled with the head of the paper-breaker is movably located on the rim of the barrel body.
- According to the paper-breaker wastebin structure, several clip holes are evenly distributed on the periphery of the top of said barrel wall, the corresponding part of the inner side of said push & pull frame has clip hooks, said push & pull frame is set on the top of said barrel wall, and the clip hooks of the push & pull frame are wedged into the corresponding clip holes of the barrel wall.
- According to the paper-breaker wastebin structure, several hooked poles are evenly distributed on the inner side of the push & pull frame.
- According to the paper-breaker wastebin structure, the inner side of the top of the push & pull frame top has a slide-rail structure, the corresponding part under the head of said paper-breaker has a sliding groove structure, said push & pull frame is coupled with the sliding groove structure of the head of said paper-breaker through the slide-rail structure.
- In this paper-breaker wastebin structure, owing to that the barrel wall is a kind of cloth, leather, plastic or light metal, in course of transportation and storage, it could be accordingly dismounted, and the barrel wall may be folded, in this way, the volume may be reduced to save the utility space, it could be easily folded, and it has a simple structure and a convenient operation to meet the usual usage way; its weight is greatly reduced than prior plastic barrel and metal barrel, it is easy to be carried and transported, the transportation space and production & transportation cost may be thus reduced with a wide application range, especially suitable for SOHO members and family usage to bring a greater convenience for the routine work and life.

FIG. 1 toFIG. 8 show the first embodiment according to the present invention, the paper-breaker wastebin structure includes a barrel body, said barrel body includes:barrel wall 1, saidbarrel wall 1 is a kind of cloth, leather, plastic or light metal, and has a folding structure, and abase plate 2 that is movably located on the bottom of the barrel body. - In the embodiment, said
barrel wall 1 is a kind of net cloth, a push &pull frame 3 that coupled with the head of the paper-breaker is movably located on the rim of said barrel body, and the support poles are evenly distributed around the inner wall of thebarrel wall 1, one end of the support pole is movably set on the push &pull frame 3, and the other end is propped against the bottom of the barrel body. - One end of support pole may be a push-in
support pole 4 having horizontal push-intenon 41, accordingly, said push &pull frame 3 corresponding to the part of the push-insupport pole 4 has a push-inmortise 31, saidsupport pole 4 is fixed onto the push-inmortise 31 of the push &pull frame 3 via the horizontal push-intenon 41. Also, one end of support pole may be a push-in support pole having horizontal push-in mortise, accordingly, said push &pull frame 3 corresponding to the part of the push-in support pole has a push-in tenon, said support pole is fixed onto the push-in tenon of the push & pullframe 3 via the horizontal push-in mortise. - The support pole may be a kind of
insert support pole 5 with one end having avertical insert tenon 51, accordingly, said push &pull frame 3 corresponding to the part of thesupport pole 5 has an insert mortise, saidsupport pole 5 is fixed onto the insert mortise of the push & pullframe 3 via thevertical insert tenon 51. Also, The support pole may be a kind ofinsert support pole 5 with one end having a vertical insert mortise, accordingly, said push &pull frame 3 corresponding to the part of thesupport pole 5 has an insert tenon, saidsupport pole 5 is fixed onto the insert tenon of the push & pullframe 3 via the vertical insert mortise. - The
tongues 21 are evenly distributed on the periphery of thebase plate 2, the corresponding part of the bottom of saidbarrel wall 1 hasclamps 11, saidbase plate 2 is fixed onto theclamp 11 of the bottom of thebarrel wall 1 via thetongue 21. Also, the clamps may be evenly distributed on the periphery of thebase plate 2, the corresponding part of the bottom of thesaid barrel wall 1 has tongues, saidbase plate 2 is fixed onto the tongue of the bottom of thebarrel wall 1 via the clamp. - The
barrel wall 1 further includes aframe 12 that is surrounding located on the rim of the top of thebarrel wall 1, saidframe 12 is covered onto the rim of the top of thebarrel wall 1, saidbarrel wall 1 is movably set on the said push & pullframe 3 via theframe 12. - Additionally, the hooked poles according to the paper-breaker wastebin structure are located on the support pole, or several hooked poles are evenly distributed on the inner side of the said push &
pull frame 3 to enable user to easily hang a rubbish bag, and the inner side of the top of said push &pull frame 3 has a slide-rail structure 32, the corresponding part of the bottom of the head of said paper-breaker has a sliding groove structure, said push &pull frame 3 is coupled with the sliding groove structure of the head of said paper-breaker through the slide-rail structure 32. - In application, the fixing mode between net
cloth barrel wall 1 andbase plate 2 is a separated design, and only the netcloth barrel wall 1 is needed after service; also, aframe 12 is enveloped on the top of the netcloth barrel wall 1, the netcloth barrel wall 1 may be fixed onto the push & pullframe 3; in application, to support the netcloth barrel wall 1, the push-insupport pole 4 orinsert support pole 5 structure may be used to support the net cloth; in addition to the beautiful shape of the push &pull frame 3, it also serves to connect the netcloth barrel wall 1 and the head of the paper-breaker, the inner side of the push &pull frame 3 has a slide-rail structure 31 to connect with the sliding groove structure of the head cover of the paper-breaker to ease pushing/pulling; also, thesupport poles pull frame 3 have the hooked poles for bag hanging. - In package, fix the
base plate 2 with base cloth onto the net cloth barrel wall 1 (including frame 12), and fix the netcloth barrel wall 1 withbase plate 2 onto the push & pullframe 3, fold the netcloth barrel wall 1 to deliver, refer toFIG. 3 , the customer needs only to push the push-insupport pole 4 or insertsupport pole 5 into the space between the push & pullframe 3 and thebase plate 2 to support the netcloth barrel wall 1, and the push & pullframe 3 on the netcloth barrel wall 1 with the support pole may be lifted and slipped into the sliding groove of the head cover of the paper-breaker for using. -
FIG. 9 toFIG. 11 show the second embodiment according to the present invention, the paper-breaker wastebin structure includes: barrel body, said barrel body includes thebarrel wall 6, saidbarrel wall 6 is a kind of cloth, leather, plastic or light metal, and has a folding structure, and abase plate 7 that is movably located on the bottom of the barrel body. -
Several fold lines 61 are evenly distributed on the saidbarrel wall 6 in longitudinal direction, and thebarrel wall 6 is divided into several independent barrel wall units by the saidfold lines 61, each said barrel wall unit includes the inner support plate and the cloth, leather cloth, plastic film or light & tough metal film that wrapped on the support plate, said support plate may be a kind of chipboard or hard plastic board. - A push &
pull frame 8 that coupled with the head of the paper-breaker is movably located on the rim of said barrel body,several clip holes 62 are evenly distributed on periphery of the top of saidbarrel wall 6, the corresponding part of the inner side of said push &pull frame 8 has clip hooks, said push &pull frame 8 is set on the top of saidbarrel wall 6, and the chip hooks of the push &pull frame 8 are embedded into thecorresponding chip holes 62 of thebarrel wall 6. - Also, several hooked poles are evenly distributed on the inner side of said push &
pull frame 8, the inner side of the top of said push &pull frame 8 has a slide-rail structure 81, the corresponding part of the bottom of the head of said paper-breaker has a sliding groove structure, said push &pull frame 8 is coupled with the sliding groove structure of the head of said paper-breaker through the slide-rail structure 81. - In application, the paper-breaker wastebin structure is composed of folding
barrel wall 6 and plastic push &pull frame 8, in transportation, thebarrel wall 6 may be separated with the push &pull frame 8 to take out thebase plate 7 on the bottom of the barrel wall, fold thebarrel wall 6, and minimize the volume to cut down transportation cost. The push &pull frame 8 has a stable contour profile to fix the shape of thebarrel wall 6 to be more beautiful, and thus increase mechanics performance of the barrel body; the push &pull frame 8 has a corresponding slide-rail structure 81 to cooperate with the head of the paper-breaker. - Open the folded
barrel wall 6, put in thebase plate 7 and install the barrel wall into a barrel body, and press into the push & pullframe 8. - In this paper-breaker wastebin structure, owing to that the barrel wall is a kind of cloth, leather, plastic or light metal, in course of transportation and storage, it could be accordingly dismounted, and the barrel wall may be folded, in this way, the volume may be reduced to save the utility space, it could be easily folded, and it has a simple structure and a convenient operation to meet the usual usage way; its weight is greatly reduced than prior plastic barrel and metal barrel, it is easy to be carried and transported, the transportation space and production & transportation cost may be thus reduced with a wide application range, especially suitable for SOHO members and family usage to bring a greater convenience for the routine work and life.
- While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with references to preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is clearly understood therefore that the same is by way of illustration and example only and is not to be taken by way of limitation.
Claims (14)
1. A paper-breaker wastebin structure, including the barrel body, characterized in that said barrel body includes:
Barrel wall, said barrel wall is a kind of cloth, leather, plastic or light metal, and has a folding structure, and
Base plate, which is movably located on the bottom of the barrel body.
2. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 1 , characterized in that said barrel wall is a kind of net cloth, a push & pull frame that coupled with the head of the paper-breaker is movably located on the rim of said barrel body, and the support poles are evenly distributed on the periphery of the inner wall of the barrel wall, one end of the support pole is movably fixed on the push & pull frame, and the other end is propped against the bottom of the barrel body.
3. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 2 , characterized in that one end of said support pole has a horizontal push-in tenon/mortise, said push & pull frame corresponding to the part of the support pole has a push-in mortise/tenon, said support pole is fixed onto the push-in mortise/tenon of the push & pull frame via the horizontal push-in tenon/mortise.

The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 2 , characterized in that one end of said support pole has a vertical insert tenon/mortise, said push & pull frame corresponding to the part of the support pole has an insert mortise/tenon, said support pole is fixed onto the insert mortise/tenon of the push & pull frame via the vertical insert tenon/mortise.

The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 2 , characterized in that the tongues/clamps are evenly distributed on the periphery of said base plate, the corresponding part of the bottom of said barrel wall has clamps/tongues, said base plate is fixed onto the clamps/tongues of the bottom of the barrel wall via the tongues/clamps.
6. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 2 , characterized in that said barrel wall further includes a frame that fixed surrounding the rim of the top of the barrel wall, said barrel wall is movably set on the said push & pull frame via the frame.
7. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 6 , characterized in that said frame is covered onto the rim of the top of the barrel wall.
8. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 6 , characterized in that the hooked poles are located on the said support pole, or several hooked poles are evenly distributed on the inner side of said push & pull frame.
9. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 1 , characterized in that several fold lines are evenly distributed on the said barrel wall in longitudinal direction, and the barrel wall is divided into several independent barrel wall units by the said fold lines, each said barrel wall unit includes the inner support plate and the cloth, leather cloth, plastic film or light & tough metal film that wrapped on the support plate.
10. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 9 , characterized in that said support plate is a kind of chipboard or hard plastic board.
11. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 9 , characterized in that a push & pull frame that coupled with the head of the paper-breaker is movably located on the rim of said barrel body.
12. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 11 , characterized in that several chip holes are evenly distributed on the periphery of the top of said barrel wall, the corresponding part of the inner side of said push & pull frame has chip hooks, said push & pull frame is set on the top of said barrel wall, and the chip hooks of the push & pull frame are embedded into the corresponding chip holes of the barrel wall.
13. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 11 , characterized in that several hooked poles are evenly distributed on the inner side of said push & pull frame.
14. The paper-breaker wastebin structure according to claim 13 , characterized in that the inner side of the top of said push & pull frame has a slide-rail structure, the corresponding part of the bottom of the head of said paper-breaker has a sliding groove structure, said push & pull frame is coupled with the sliding groove structure of the head of said paper-breaker through the slide-rail structure.
