发明背景

用于将液体涂抹到基材上的许多种装置都已经为公众所知。例如,有一种利用涂洒管的方法,该方法通过多个间隔一定距离排列的喷嘴涂洒液体涂料例如油漆或底漆并使液体涂料雾化,从而喷涂到一般位于涂洒管的下方并在输送机上逐渐前移的基材上。使用这种装置的一个问题在于:实现均匀的喷涂必须达到一定的雾化程度,而达到所需的雾化程度就需要比较纤细的喷嘴,而纤细的喷嘴又易于堵塞,尤其是在悬浮液状的浆料中含有固体成分的情况下。这样就会导致喷涂的不均匀,而且需要经常清洗喷嘴,而清洗喷嘴不仅比较费时、成本高,而且还会影响制造工艺。另外,如果液体或浆料的粘性较高,那么雾化工作也存在问题。
另一种公知的装置是幕帘式涂布机,这种装置采用由柔性织物材料制成的板材或幕帘并将板材或幕帘悬挂在处于移动状态的基材的上方,而且通过直接的涂抹将涂层涂敷到基材上。但是,幕帘式涂布机易于产生涂抹不均匀的情况,而且不适合用于涂敷浆料,而且在制造环境下使其能够有效操作的速度也十分有限,因此不适合于涂敷较厚的涂层。
另一种公知的涂抹装置通常被叫做溢流涂布机,这种溢流涂布机基本以下述方式操作:在基材上形成一个液体池,并利用空气射流使液体池在整个表面上展开。但是,这种技术在实现均匀涂敷方面、液体或浆料的可用粘度方面、涂层的厚度方面仍然存在诸多限制。

另一种公知的装置就是涂洒式涂布机,这种装置采用一种可旋转的辊,辊上安装有一组径向排列的柔性细丝或刺毛,这些柔性细丝将涂层涂洒到基材上。涂洒式涂布机例如可用于在生产线上将表面涂层涂敷到粘土瓷砖或泥瓦上。喷涂式涂布机能够在一定程度上克服其它现有涂敷装置中存在的一些缺陷,尤其是解决了堵塞问题。但是,在制造板材时,现有的涂洒式涂布机仍然存在一些固有的缺陷。
具体而言,公知的涂洒式涂布机不能精确地停止涂敷操作一定间隔后又重新开始涂敷操作,这样就不能精确地控制涂敷操作或层压操作。当利用浆料类物品来制造FRC板材时,尤其如此,因为为了确保“自动校平”要求相对易流动的浓度,结果即使浆料源已经关闭或涂洒辊已经临时停止工作时,过量的浆料仍然有可能滴到基材上。
对整个涂敷工艺的间歇性停止和启动进行精确控制在高速生产环境下尤其重要,因为在高速生产环境下,层数不同、厚度不同或性能不同的不同批量的板材可能需要背靠背地通过涂敷装置,而且不精确的跃进式控制将导致涂敷不均匀,或者令用于前一个批次上的涂料流到下一批次的产品上。
在利用水泥浆料制造FRC板材或其它产品的过程中将会出现另外一种问题,要求不要停止向该装置供给浆料,因为这样将使浆料停滞或积聚在装置内或整个工艺的上游部分内。这样又会导致溢出、浆料浓度的变化,产生沉淀或沉淀物,或者使其它工艺参数产生不利的变化。
现有的涂洒式装置并非是为了使浆料涂敷工艺能够精确中断而设计的,而且不允许在不停止向该装置进送浆料的情况下中断操作。因此,这些现有的装置就不能对间歇式的涂敷工艺进行有效地控制,尤其是在高速制造板材的情况下。
本发明的一个目的在于克服或改善现有技术中存在的一个或多个缺陷,或者至少提供一种有用的替代装置。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供一种用于将浆料施加到基材上的装置,该装置包括:
一个输送表面,该表面被设计成能够承载一个浆料层;
涂洒部件,该涂洒部件适合于紧密地定位在输送表面附近并可以移动,目的是将浆料从输送表面涂洒到基材上;
调整部件,该调整部件用于有选择地改变从输送表面施加到基材上的浆料流量或中断浆料从输送表面向基材的流动。

该装置最好包括一个能够容纳位于调整部件上游侧的浆料的储存器。该储存器最好包括一个能够从一个原料源将浆料导入的入口和一个与调节部件相连接的出口。
该调节部件最好包括一对隔板部件,该隔板部件能够有选择地移动,目的是限定一个能够提供可变有效的横向流动面积的中间余隙空间,从而能够有选择地调节由储存器送出的浆料在隔板部件之间经出口流向输送表面的流速。隔板部件最好在闭合状态下有选择地切断储存期和输送表面之间的流量。
隔板之一最好包括一个第一圆筒形的辊,该辊可围绕第一轴线旋转。另外一个隔板最好是一个第二圆筒形的辊,该辊可围绕一个平行于第一轴线的第二轴线旋转。这两个辊最好被构造成能够沿相反方向旋转的结构形式。
第一辊最好采用输送滚筒的结构形式,该输送滚筒的外表面构成了输送表面。第二辊最好采用计量辊的结构形式,该辊能够沿朝向输送滚筒的方向和远离输送滚筒的方向有选择地移动。
该装置最好包括一个支承着输送滚筒的主机架和一个安装有计量辊的第一副架,第一副架可围绕一个第三轴线旋转,该第三轴线平行于第二轴线并与第二轴线间隔一定的距离,这样就可以在保持输送滚筒与计量辊平行定位的同时,沿朝向输送滚筒的方向和远离输送滚筒的方向可调地移动计量辊。
在一个最佳实施例中,该装置包括第一液压或气动驱动部件,该驱动部件在主机架和第一副架之间延伸并用于使计量辊和输送滚筒沿相互靠近的方向或相互远离的方向可调地移动。
涂洒部件最好包括多个硬毛状的弹性、柔韧的细长涂洒部件,这些涂洒部件由一个圆筒体沿径向向外延伸,该圆筒体可围绕一个第四轴线旋转。该圆筒体和涂洒部件最好一起构成一个涂洒辊。
该装置最好还包括一个安装有涂洒辊的第二副架,该第二副架可围绕一个第五轴线旋转,该第五轴线平行于第四轴线并与第四轴线间隔一定的距离。一个第二驱动器最好在主机架和第二副架之间延伸,从而能够以独立可调的方式使涂洒辊朝向或远离输送滚筒移动,以有选择地改变或中断涂洒工序,这也是调节手段的一部分。
该装置最好还包括一个用于容纳浆料源的容器和一个用于将浆料从该容器通过入口输送到储存器内的输送导管。
在一个实施例中,该储存器由一个恰好定位于输送辊和计量辊上方的容器限定而成。在另一实施例中,该储存器仅是一个形成于相邻辊之间的容纳区域,最好形成于输送辊和一个抵靠在输送辊上的惰辊之间,而且计量辊定位在输送辊的上方。
在一个最佳实施例中,浆料为有水泥浆料,而且最好由硅石、水泥、水和可选的其它添加剂形成的混合物构成。
该装置尤其适合于将有美感的或功能性的涂料层涂覆到已有的基材上的场合下。在一个实施例中,浆料为一种可自动校准的可脱水水泥浆料,这种浆料中的固体成分介于50%至约90%之间。浆料最好包括足够量的脱水剂,以利用真空或不利用真空使浆料能够脱水,而且最好是通过基材脱水。

本发明的最佳实施例
参照图1至3,本发明提供一种用于在以层状板材形式存在的基材2上将水泥浆料涂覆到基材2上的装置。从广义上说,装置1包括一个用于容纳浆料的细长储存器3和一个设置有一输送外表面5的输送滚筒4,该输送滚筒用于通过表面张力的作用承载来自储存器的浆料附着层。包括有一个圆筒形计量辊7的调节部件6适合于有选择地调整浆料从储存器流向输送表面的流速,一个涂洒辊8被设置在能够将浆料从输送表面涂洒到基材上的位置上。本发明的上述特征将在下文中加以详细说明。
在储存器3的顶部,设置有多个能够引导来自原料源的浆料的入口9,该原料源以一个500升的浆料主容器10(见图3)的形式存在,而且该容器10设置在低于该装置的高度位置上。浆料通过一个泵(未示出)由主容器经一根集管11输送到储存器内。该集管包括一个与主容器10流体联通的总管12和多个平行的输送管13,这些输送管13从总管引出并通过入口9延伸到储存器内,以沿图3中箭头A所示的方向输送浆料。一个溢流管14连接在储存器和主容器之间,用于使浆料在储存器内于一个预定的高度水平上方回流到容器内,从而防止溢流,如箭头B所示。
输送滚筒4是一个大体为圆筒形的辊,该辊以可沿箭头C所示的方向围绕第一轴线15在主机架16上旋转的方式被安装。该滚筒4设置在储存器的下方并平行于储存器的中心线,但相对该中心线沿纵向偏移一定的距离。该滚筒设置在储存器的出口17的下方,因此位于浆料从储存器向下流动的路线中,如箭头D所示。这样,浆料就可以从储存器直接流动到输送表面5上。
该输送滚筒4与计量辊7配合操作,从而形成出口并构成上述调节部件6的一部分。计量辊7被安装在第一副架18上并用于沿箭头E所示的方向围绕第二轴线19旋转,该第二轴线平行于第一轴线15。该副架18又被安装在主机架16上,用于围绕一个平行于第二轴线19的第三轴线20旋转。该输送滚筒和计量辊可通过一个链条传动部件(未示出)被一个电机沿相反的方向驱动。输送滚筒和计量辊均电镀有铬,目的是提供所需的表面硬度。但在另一实施例中,该滚筒和辊还可额外涂覆或仅涂覆一种聚氨脂涂层、碳化物涂层或其它合适的表面涂层,或者对该滚筒和辊进行处理或精加工。
包括有一推杆21的驱动机构用于可调地转动第一副架18,以使计量辊17沿朝向或远离输送滚筒的方向移动,如箭头F所示。因此,应该理解:输送滚筒和计量辊被用作一对隔板部件,其能够可调地限定一个中间余隙空间,以用于打通或阻住从储存器向输送滚筒表面流动的浆料流。这样,通过计量辊朝向或远离输送滚筒的移动就可以改变余隙空间22的有效横截面积,因此,这种运动可以调整浆料流向输送表面的流速。在图示的实施例中,推杆21包括一个螺杆,而且可通过旋转受到驱动。在其它实施例(未示出)中,该推杆可以是气动或液压驱动的部件。
涂洒辊8包括一个圆筒形的主体23和多个以硬刺24形式存在的弹性、柔韧的细长涂洒部件,这些涂洒部件由主体沿径向向外延伸。该涂洒辊被安装在一个第二副架25上,用于围绕一个平行于其它轴线的第四轴线26旋转。该第二副架25又被安装在主机架16上,以用于围绕一个第五平行轴线27旋转。此外,还设置有一个第二推杆28,该推杆用于使第二副架25围绕其轴线27转动,而且用于沿朝向或远离输送滚筒4的方向(如箭头G所示)可调地移动涂洒辊8。该涂洒辊8可通过一个V形皮带和皮带轮组件(未示出)被一个电机旋转驱动。
一个溢流槽29被安装在该装置的底部并且其结构能够截住从储存器内溢出的浆料,溢出的浆料是没有被涂洒辊8吸收的从计量辊和输送滚筒之间落下或落入计量辊和输送滚筒之间的浆料。
使用时,该装置横跨在一个输送机(未示出)上,该输送机构成了板材生产线的一部分,该生产线用于将一层由浆料形成的材料形成板材,或者板材中包含一层由浆料形成的材料。该板材可以含有纤维并为层状,但也可以不含纤维,也不成层状。但是,可以预料:本发明最好用于层状纤维增强型水泥(FRC)板材的制造,而且可被配备到公知的“Hatschek”工艺中。
当板材从输送机的下方通过时,该装置被驱动,使浆料由储存器向下流动到旋转的输送滚筒4上。涂洒辊8也旋转,从而使硬刺24在整个输送滚筒上拖动,这样就能够从形成于滚筒的输送表面上的层上收集浆料。当这些硬刺从输送滚筒上移开时,就会将浆料弹出并将浆料涂洒到下方的板材上,从而涂覆一层比较均匀的浆料。
计量辊和反向旋转的输送滚筒之间的距离决定了中间余隙空间的有效横截流动面积,因此也决定了流动到滚筒上的浆料的流速。而流速又决定着在输送表面上形成的浆料层的厚度,而且该浆料层的厚度还影响涂洒辊涂洒浆料的速度。可根据需要利用推杆21将该厚度调整到适合于所用的特定浆料成分,从而形成具有所需厚度的喷涂层。
除了可以调节余隙空间22的横截面面积外,还可以利用第二推杆28通过使涂洒辊8朝向或远离输送滚筒移动的方式来改变涂洒特性。这样就可以改变硬刺穿透输送表面上的浆料层的程度,硬刺24对输送表面的压力及硬刺的弹性变形程度,从而可以实现更大范围的控制。此外,还可以通过改变涂洒辊的绝对速度和相对输送辊的速度来实现进一步的调整和控制。通过改变这些操作参数,就能够使单层、中间层或表面层的厚度互不相同,而且厚度最大可达10mm或更大,而且从广义上说,上述的参数也构成了调节手段的不同方面。而且,还可以实现不同的表面光洁度,例如桔皮、灰泥等等。
第二副架25能够围绕轴线27充分旋转,目的是允许涂洒辊正确地移离输送滚筒。这样就能够精确地停止和开始下述的涂覆操作,而且有利于清洗和维修涂洒辊和滚筒。
应能理解:从储存器流出的一些浆料将落在计量辊7上,而不是落在输送滚筒上,而且还附着在计量辊7周围。这些浆料及其它从出口流出并且未被涂洒辊接收的浆料将作为溢流从计量辊落入槽29内,然后在重力的作用下又被送回原料容器10。
该装置的一个实施例适合应用到需要快速连续地制造具有不同特性和组成层的板材的生产线上。因此,就要求该装置能够暂停和重新开始涂洒工艺并快速、精确地调整浆料的流速,以防止将一种板材的涂洒条件转移给沿生产线移动的另外一种板材上。
为此,可通过相对输送滚筒移动计量辊的方式来实现对流速的调节,从而实现对中间余隙空间22的调节。为了能够使喷涂工序临时停止,涂洒辊能够间歇性地移离输送辊。这样,涂洒辊也构成了流量调节部件的一部分。此外,或者作为一种备选,也可以仅使计量辊移动,直到计量辊直接抵靠输送滚筒,以完全关闭余隙空间22,从而停止通过相关的出口向输送表面进送浆料。
在该操作过程中,最好不要停止或降低从主原料容器10向储存器3输送浆料的速度,因为停止输送浆料或降低浆料的输送速度具有一些缺点,这些缺点包括:溢流、浆料浓度或粘性的变化、沉积或沉淀、打乱其它工艺参数,或堵塞管路等,而堵塞管路又会造成制造工序的中断,此外,还需要劳动强度很大的维修和清洗操作。因此,当暂时停止涂洒操作,从而导致从储存器流出的浆料的流速降低或完全停止时,储存器内的浆料高度增加。一旦达到溢流管14所在的高度,那么溢出的浆料就会通过该管道返回主容器内。这样,在暂停模式下,浆料会继续在容器和储存器之间循环流动,从而防止出现沉淀、堵塞或溢流问题,直到重新开始输送。
图4为本发明另一实施例的示意图,在该图中,相同的特征由相同的附图标记表示。在这种情况下,没有将一个独立的容器用作储存器。而是将一个顶部开放的容纳区域30用作储存器,该容纳区域30形成于输送辊4和相邻的惰辊32之间,其中惰辊32相对输送辊以并排排列的滚动接触方式定位。该惰辊涂覆有聚氨脂,而且不是驱动辊。惰辊的高度和直径被构造成能够使容纳区域内的浆料自然流入介于输送辊4和计量辊7之间的余隙空间内的结构形式,在该实施例中,其定位恰好高于输送辊。另外,还设置有一个附加的收集盘34,该收集盘能够收集从惰辊上掉落的浆料并通过溢流管14将浆料送回主容器10,以进行再循环。在其它方面,该实施例与前述实施例以基本相同的方式工作。
该装置可沿生产线定位在任何所需的位置上,而且可以在制造工艺的任何所需时间有选择地间歇性操作,目的是使涂洒层正确地定位。例如,涂洒层可能最初作为第一薄膜层涂敷在皮带上,从而形成最终经过精加工的板材的最外层。这可以用在下述情形中,例如,为便于进行喷砂和精加工处理,外部涂洒层将包括一个较软的部分时,为了做标记或为避免绘图而包括一个彩色部分时,或者为达到所需的美学效果而设置一个有纹理的层时,就可以按照上述的方式来操作。同样的构思也可应用到涂洒层为最后一层的情况,在这种情况下,其将形成精加工板材的外表面。或者,可在一个中间阶段涂洒浆料,从而形成一个内层。这可以用在下述情形中,例如在需要涂覆一个阻燃层、一个防潮层,或出于结构用途而设置附加层时,也可以按照上述方式进行操作,在这种情况下,表面光洁度或美学要求不是直接相关的考虑。此外,还应能理解:整个板材可通过涂洒而被制造成单个的均匀的层,或者由多个具有相同或不同成分的涂洒层构成。就这点而言,还应该理解:可将一系列使用相同或不同浆料组分的涂洒设备顺序安装在生产线上。还应该理解:板材可包括多个通过其它方法预先或同时制成的层。此外,该装置可用于涂覆底层油漆、底灰、密封剂或其它表面涂料,不论其组分是否是水泥。
本发明提供一种用于制造板材的有效方法和装置。在将本发明以最佳形式应用到FRC的制造过程中时,本发明能够提供一种精确制造层状板材的装置,而且制成的板材易于剪裁、性能更佳,从而达到多种性能和美学特性。该装置还能够容易地改变涂覆特性,为在有效连续的基础上制造不同的产品提供了很大的灵活性,同时还降低了各操作之间的预备时间。相对现有技术而言,在上述的所有方面中,本发明均表现出显著的改进效果。
尽管已参照特定的实施例对本发明作出了说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该知道:本发明还可以许多其它方式得以实施。具体而言,应该知道:本发明的方法和装置可与在上述优先权文件中提及的复合材料制品、用于可脱水浆料中的添加剂和用于建筑制品的涂层接合起来使用。

Claims (25)

1、一种用于将浆料涂覆到基材上的装置,该装置包括:
一个输送表面,该输送表面被设置用来承载一个浆料层;
涂洒部件,所述涂洒部件适合于紧邻着所述输送表面定位并可移动,以将浆料从输送表面涂洒到基材上;
调节部件,所述调节部件用于可选择地改变或中断由输送表面流向基材上的浆料流。
2、根据权利要求1的装置,还包括:一个储存器,该储存器能够容纳位于调节部件上游的浆料。
3、根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于:所述储存器包括一个能够从原料源将浆料导出的入口和一个与调节部件相连接的出口。
4、根据上述权利要求之一的装置,其特征在于:所述调节部件包括一对隔板部件,所述隔板部件可以有选择地移动,从而限定一个有效横截流动面积可变的中间余隙空间,以能够选择调节由储存器流出并在隔板部件之间经出口流向输送表面的浆料的流速。
5、根据权利要求4的装置,其特征在于:所述隔板部件在闭合的状态下适合于选择地中断储存器和输送表面之间的流量。
6、根据权利要求4或5的装置,其特征在于:所述隔板之一包括一个第一圆筒形的辊,该辊可围绕一个第一轴线旋转。
7、根据权利要求6的装置,其特征在于:所述另一个隔板是一个可围绕第二轴线旋转的第二圆筒形辊,其中第二轴线平行于第一轴线。
8、根据权利要求7的装置,其特征在于:所述第一和第二辊被构造成沿相反的方向转动。
9、根据权利要求8的装置,其特征在于:所述第一辊为一个输送滚筒,其外表面构成了所述的输送表面;第二辊为一个计量辊,该辊可以有选择地沿朝向和远离输送滚筒的方向移动。
10、根据权利要求9的装置,还包括:一个支承着输送滚筒的主机架和一个安装有计量辊的第一副架,第一副架可围绕一个第三轴线旋转,该第三轴线平行于第二轴线并与第二轴线间隔一定的距离,这样就能够使计量辊沿朝向和远离输送滚筒的方向可调地移动,同时保持所述计量辊和输送滚筒之间的平行定位关系。
11、根据权利要求10的装置,还包括:第一驱动部件,该部件在主机架和第一副架之间有效延伸,用于沿相互靠近和相互远离的方向调节移动计量辊和输送滚筒。
12、根据权利要求11的装置,其特征在于:所述第一驱动部件包括一个液压缸或气缸。
13、根据权利要求1至12之一的装置,其特征在于:所述涂洒装置包括多个具有弹性、柔韧性的硬刺状细长涂洒部件,所述涂洒部件从一个可围绕第四轴线旋转的圆筒形主体径向向外延伸。
14、根据权利要求13的装置,当根据权利要求10时,其特征在于:所述第四轴线基本平行于第一、第二和第三轴线。
15、根据权利要求13或14的装置,其特征在于:所述主体和涂洒部件一起构成了一个涂洒辊。
16、根据权利要求15的装置,还包括:一个安装有涂洒辊的第二副架,该第二副架可围绕一个第五轴线旋转,该第五轴线基本平行于第四轴线并与第四轴线间隔一定的距离。
17、根据权利要求16的装置,其特征在于:所述第二驱动部件在主机架和第二副架之间有效延伸,从而能够以独立、可调的方式使涂洒辊沿朝向和远离输送滚筒的方向移动,以有选择地改变或中断涂洒工序,这也是调节部件的一部分。
18、根据权利要求17的装置,其特征在于:所述第二驱动部件包括一个液压缸或气缸。
19、根据权利要求9至18之一的装置,还包括:一个用于容纳原料浆料的容器和一个用于通过入口将浆料从容器输送到储存器内的输送导管。
20、根据权利要求19的装置,其特征在于:所述储存器由一个恰好设置在输送滚筒和计量辊上方的容器限定而成。
21、根据权利要求19的装置,其特征在于:所述储存器包括一个限定在相邻的辊之间的容纳区域。
22、根据权利要求21的装置,其特征在于:所述容纳区域形成于所述输送滚筒和一个抵靠在输送滚筒上的惰辊之间,而且计量辊定位在输送辊的上方。
23、根据上述权利要求之一的装置,适用于由硅石、水泥、水和可选的其它添加剂构成的混合物形成的水泥浆料。
24、根据权利要求23的装置,其特征在于:所述水泥浆料是一种可自动校准的可脱水浆料,其中固体成分介于50%至约90%之间。
25、根据权利要求24的装置,其特征在于:所述浆料包括足够量的脱水剂,以允许浆料通过下方的基材脱水。
